Antitrust and Shareholder Litigation
We are seeking a senior associate to take the front line responsibility of projects relating to antitrust and securities/shareholder class actions representing investors and victims of investment frauds and misrepresentations. The candidate will take first or second chair roles in corresponding with examinations/depositions, and court arguments/submissions.
The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of corporate litigation experience and has worked at a large corporate law firm. Candidates must possess excellent analytical and writing skills, the rules of civil procedure, and be able to work independently as a self-starter. Having prior experience with marshalling motion records and second-chairing examinations and motions is mandatory. The base compensation will be between $160,000 and $200,000.
